"This hotel has the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. It is very clean although the decor is a bit outdated. I love the fact that we can walk up the hill and buy food or supplies at Fiddleheads (my favorite health foody kind of place when visiting) and the refrigerator in the room is actually big enough to put things in. Perfect for a New London visit. I wish the restaurant served Sunday breakfast past 10am. We miss it every time."

"Stayed one night while going to Foxwoods. Check in was easy. Room was large with a big bathroom and Dove products provided. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room. It was about 20 mins and a 30 dollar Uber to Foxwoods. If going to Mohegan, the hotel provides a free shuttle. Restaurant, pool and bar on site as well. Only downside...our room, 222, had a flood light shining right in our window. I was fine but it kept my husband awake. Would definitely stay again. "

"This was our first time at The Shelton Harbor Inn and it didn’t disappoint. We loved the quaint atmosphere and having a glass of wine by the fireplace was so nice. Staff was extremely friendly and the food at the restaurant was amazing! We’ll definitely be back. "

"The staff was awesome. Linda gave us a tour of the facility and taught us about the history of the inn. We enjoyed the bar area at night and the room was all redone and so nice. Would highly recommend."
