「We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Pfister. This is a historic hotel and the public spaces are really magnificent. It is a great experience to sit in the lobby and have a drink or just wander around. Our room was clean enough but felt dated…it could have used a refresh. It certainly did not feel as special as the public spaces of the hotel.
The hotel’s cafe was very good—very retro feeling, but service was attentive and efficient and the food was quite tasty.
The pool didn’t look as nice...

「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」
