"The room was very colorful and spacious. The shower/tub combo in my room was hard for my mom to get in and out of and nothing to hold on to. There was an outdoor shower on our terrace to use instead. The lighting is a bit dim but that goes along with the ambiance in the room. Location was great. Walk to everything in coconut grove. The plants in the hotel were so pretty and the building was beautiful. The rooftop pool was awesome. Staff was great. Would def go back. "

"Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was very clean and pleasant. My sister who walks with a walker had an issue navigating the stairs at the breakfast buffet and the staff at the restaurant made accommodations for her so she didn’t have to struggle to get to the buffet"

"Train noise across the street was a bit disconcerting. No free water bottles in room; no microwave. Otherwise, nice room and comfortable bed. The pool was nice and cool but only 4 feet deep. Nice decor."

"overall the hotel was very good, the location is good as well. We only had some problems with the front desk receptionist, who were very rude to us. I would recommend to improve the customer service skills and have people who are nice to the customers"

"My stay at the Eden Roc was enjoyable. I love the architecture and the ambiance. The staff were helpful and professional. Eden Roc needs more food options. Eden roc needs to do maintenance on elevators because they are too slow. The lighting in the lobby at night is too dark. Lighting in the hallways leading to the rooms are too dark as well. There is no floor length the mirror. There is no storage space in refrigerator because too many beverage options. There needs to be a microwave. The walls...
