“The hotel was beautiful and in an area that is gated and quiet. The front desk staff are the rudest people I have ever met. Be prepared to be talked to like you’re dumb. The valet staff is amazing and courteous. Front desk needs tons of training. ”

“Very OK hotel. We have stayed at the Fairmont across Canada and other really nice boutique hotels but The Pearl is average in comparison. No gym at this venue. Pool is smaller than those found at people’s homes. The room was very comfortable though. Shower is nice bug that’s about it. For what they charge, you are really getting a very average stay. ”

“Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!”

“Room was not clean nor ready when i got there. I also did not get a waterfront view. The property is huge with little directions on how to get anywhere. I also didnt feel welcomed. I would suggest peoplw”

“Had booked same-day (1am), so jumping through all the verification hoops (e.g.uploading DL image followed by redundant Clear authentication) was more taxing than usual due to the short timeline. Due to the privacy invasiveness, elected not to disclose personal info of my co-travelers...would think my Expedia membership credentials and a valid credit card should've sufficed.
