"Staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was clean. The food was pricey but delicious. There was no fan in the bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable. A pipe or the elevator or something would rattle every thirty seconds every single night and morning for a few hours waking me up. We were told the Disneyland shuttle could take my husband’s wheelchair. "Everything about the hotel was nice. I personally didn’t enjoy the crowdedness of the dance competition and refuge center in the hotel. I didn’t really expect all of that to be happening but overall checking in and out was quick. The bar, pizza spot, and Starbucks/little market was nice options in the hotel and convenient. The room was very clean and nice, balcony was also a nice feature. Bathroom didn’t have a ventilation system in it so that was odd. Truly one the better hotels I like staying...
