"Brilliant short stay, great food, great service and excellent location."

"Overall, I was happy with the hotel. What I didn't like was having to pay $35.00 per day for fitness club access, parking and whatever else it covered. They call it a "Destination Charge". I think it should be optional for guests who intend to use theses services."

"Staff were wonderful, valet service was quick and room was pretty big. It is a huge hotel and the wait for the elevator is crazy long. People were cramming into already packed elevators because they had been waiting 10 minutes. Also impossible to talk to front desk before we arrived. "

"Great staff at check in, decent food at the hotel restaurant (that’s saying something for hotel food!) and fabulous harbor view room. Very clean. We left very early (5:30 am) to take the complimentary shuttle to Logan Airport. The shuttle arrived right when we got to the lobby and there wasn’t a crowd waiting to get on. All good!"

"No Staff were present when we arrived to check us in. The top of the toilet and the bench holding the bath towels were both dusty. Staff at Starbucks asked for tip which was a bit pushy. Overall nice facility."
