"The staff were absolutely superb, in particular Marcus at the reception and Mark the concierge supervisor were incredibly cheerful, kind and helpful. The world should have more 6-star people like Mark and Marcus. "

"This is an amazing hotel and I cant say enough about Gabriel who greeted us and looked after us during our visit. If there is a downside it was having to go next door for dinner - which is nowhere near the same standard of property. Hopefully in full season they will do their own dining - breakfast showed the high standards they work to."

"We had a lovely stay at the Trafford. Paul was very helpful and accommodating. The garden is lovely. There was a bit of an issue with low water pressure in the shower and the shower was quite small for my husband but that didn’t outweigh the many positives, including a fabulous bathtub. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Lovely boutique hotel just a 10 minute walk from the city center. Rooms are big and the bathroom was large and gorgeous. Be sure to enjoy the large soaking tub! Service was wonderful. As a boutique hotel - you can tell the staff are “jack of all trades” and will do anything to make your stay pleasant. We ate dinner at the R bar one night and the food was delicious.
