"Very close from time square , very professional and friendly staff.i would recommend and stay here again. The 14th floor was very loud , you can hear the sirens and the outside noise in the room . they switched us to the 20th floor and different side of the building and it was better."

"The check in person was CRAZY aggressive trying to upsell me $500/night for a suite. There was some strange noise in the wall from midnight to 3am. Like a cell phone was buried in the wall or something. buzzing/vibration. The bell staff were very nice. LOVED the giant family room."

"Fantastic hotel. Beautiful, clean, and staffed with very friendly and competent people. Will definitely come back! One small nit: Many cable stations were out in my room. So I had to give up MSNBC for three nights and resort to CNN and a smattering of ABC news. It probably for was for own good;)"
