“It was not stocked with basics like towels toiletries etc. Appliances broke down didn’t have hot water for 3 days. Utensils were dirty terrible service for curtains requested but nothing happened. It was to be a serviced apartment but they asked for more money to do any service and deposit was returned late and finally we had booked the the apartment with a sea view and they never moved us to that one. ”
