“No elevator. I walked the entire first floor twice thinking I somehow missed seeing the elevator. I finally asked the front desk where it was and was told there isn’t one. I don’t mind using the stairs but when you load the dolly cart full and push it down the hallway to use the elevator it would be helpful if the staff tells you there is t an elevator upon checking you in on the second floor. There is only one ice machine”

“Tracy at the front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond to help our family.”

“It was like the 60s with actual key to open the door it had windows that opened or seemed to Sounded like they should have been locked all the way but didnt. the heat didnt work there was a window air conditioner up in a window that you could hear the outside .which you could hear from the bathroom window as well It was like a window from a horror movie that you tried to get out of and were killed half way out. The whole bathroom was way outdated as well as the whole room it wasnt like……

“Very clean, nice staff. Difficult to get to property. Kind of dark and a little sketchy people. Fine for one night we only slept and left.”

“Room was pretty clean but obviously not vacuumed. Property wierdly looks like its either pretty new or recently renovated but run down at the same time. Grout in bathroom was in rough shape. Chips in the paint on the ceiling above bed. I only saw staff when I checked in. I never saw anyone at the front desk other than that. My room was not cleaned or supplies replenished at all during my stay.”

“Room was enough to stay in. However we booked back in January for a king room. The hotel, upon checkin stated they over sold on those rooms. We ended up getting stuck in a room with 2 double beds. We came down for my birthday to spend a night out. Not exactly cool that we ended up being the hotels solution to their problem. Manager tried to fix the inconvenience. Not sure I'll be staying here again. Close enough to walk to summerfest grounds.”
