Be Cautious
Cabin..beautiful. Christmas time with my family..wonderful. View..amazing HOWEVER..the owner lives in California and he relys on his property manager. Unfortunately the owner is taking the hit for..Supposed to be a blu ray player, there wasn't. Nothing to light the fire for the pit or fireplace. Had to drive out and get our own lightwr. Antenna didnt work so couldnt watch any tv especially Sunday football. . Microwave stopped working. No Christmas tree during a rental on Christmas. Had to bring our own. Dogs run free! Be aware. Dogs including mine were friendly except for the neighbor right next door. 2 french bulldogs running free barking at us, standing at our door barking and whats the worst, is one bit my dog! Luckily did not break skin but my dog no longer wanted to go outside. The final nail was at 10am on checkout day, my wife has to answer the door in a towel from her shower to the realtor(cabin is for sale) banging on the door saying she has a showing! During our rental! The property manager apologized but claimed he knew nothing about it. The realtor drove by twice while we were packing to see if we had left. EXTREMELY ANNOYING! There are o rules her for dogs, people just walk through like they own the place, horrible communication between the owner and manager and nobody knows nothing. I hope the property sells because this is not a good rental at all. Again, the owner built a beautiful home and lives in California but his manager has let him down..

Relaxing place
Plenty of room for our family of 4 plus our dog. Kitchen was well stocked. Host was responsive to our questions and response time was appropriate. The lake is beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed swimming, paddleboarding and kayaking. The walking trails around the lake were nice too. Dogs run free here, which was not a problem for us. Just something to be noted in case a renter has a dog that does not care for other dogs. Both bedrooms are in the loft and both bathrooms are on the main floor. Beautiful lake views and everyone we came in contact with was very friendly.

Lovely stay!
The cabin is very comfortable and a perfect size for our group of 7. The kitchen is well equipped and plenty of towels and additional linens were provided. The setting of this cabin is lovely. There are not many cabins, so it is generally quiet and peaceful. The quarry is very clean and great for swimming. The community does have numerous dogs and the dogs tend to wander quite a bit. Overall, a great experience.

Beautiful setting, unique community
There’s nothing quite like the Willows at Cascade Wisconsin! We’ve been there many times. It’s a small community of lake cabins, secluded in nature. There are opportunities to be active or just relax. This cabin is beautiful and comfortable and the hosts are wonderful. Highly recommend!

What a great property! The lake neighborhood was so welcoming and helpful. Very quiet, lots of water toys and fun. Nice neighbors too! Very dog friendly. We spent most of our time on the water. The cabin setup was nice, plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen work ample space. Only missing a pizza cutter and/or griddle. Everything else we needed was there. Cabin could use a deep clean and dusting. Otherwise, a very satisfying trip. We'd love to come back!

Dog friendly oasis
We rent a summer cabin most years with our labrador retriever, and found this particular rental to be incredibly dog friendly! The cabin was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. The lake is. actually, a rock quarry with a natural spring and extremely clear water that I believe has been stocked with fish. Everyone we met was very nice and welcoming. We would definitely rented again.
