“Nice TV room, clean environment and ambiance with a very comfortable bed. Loved that there is a French Press for coffee. This VRBO would be great for a dog friendly VRBO! If you are chemically sensitive, I unplugged the wall fragrances when I arrived.40 minute walk to downtown but there are scooters (no bikes).Easily accessed with an Uber or a Waymo”

“Fabulous spot! Love the area. Great little neighborhood with vegan stuff in the area. Great to walk around to coffee shops and quiet enough to feel residential but there are reasons to be in the area too. Pool was fabulous and well-equipped. Pretty much everything as advertised. One of the better short-term stays I've ever had.”

“Our party of 3 had a wonderful stay at Casa Magdalena. Property was exactly as shown in pictures and extremely clean, communication with host was excellent from beginning to end and property is within walking distance of central downtown area. The park opposite as well as Japanese Friendship Garden were lovely areas to stroll around in the beautiful Phoenix weather. We walked to both CVS and Safeway for supplies. The property had everything we needed during our 11 day stay. We loved the decor……

“We needed a place with privacy for each traveler for a company retreat, and this property offered that. Those who stayed said the property was older and had some cracks due to settling. There are ledges and steps that would make it difficult for those with mobility issues. Other than that, the place was a dream! Nice neighborhood, back patio had shade structures and string lights with grill and charcoal available. Many birds called this place home. They offered emergency soup in case you needed……
