"We had a wonderful night away! It was colder than we anticipated, but the cottage was cozy and clean, and we saw a vast array of wildlife. This was our first VRBO stay, and it couldn’t have been better."

"Overall, a great little condo! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Kim was expeditious and prompt. Located close to the University of Michigan and downtown Ann Arbor. A couple of things that could be improved — 1) one of the twin mattresses was squeaky when moving during sleep. 2) the door to the building was always unlocked so anybody could go in and out. These issues were minor and I would definitely stay at Kim’s condo again."

"Our teen girls group had a great time at this house. A fire pit, kayaks, and a large house to spread out in. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Pretty quiet area despite how close the houses are together. Owner texted back quickly with help when needed. Thank you :)"

"This is a nice house in a great neighborhood. It’s close to everything in Ann Arbor. Open garage to park in and nice patio furniture out back. A comfortable house. We’ve stayed here twice and definitely would again."
