“Beautiful hotel. Pool lovely, hot tub hot. Ate at two reastaurants , the wood fired pizza is fantastic, the steak special was very good . It was advertized as steak and prawns but the prawns were actually small shrimp in butter, that was a bit disappointing. Cinnamon buns for breakfast was amazing. Lovely place. Would absoutely book there again. Staff were amazing. Thanks to Scott the security guard who stopped and help us jump our car when the battery died!”

“really enjoyed the stay there wonderful view of the lake”

“The room could use a 'deep clean' to freshen it up. I appreciated ample lighting, a fridge, and they have a good continental breakfast with some variety. Customer service was very good...very welcoming. Easy parking and given it is across from the popular Soo Locks....it's a great location for us boatnerds.”

“Very clean; great access to the Soo Locks”

“All good”

“The hotel is okay for an overnight, but not for a long stay”

“Room was very clean. Enjoyed our stay.”

“There were stained panties left on the floor. Makes one question whether it was vacuumed or not. Also makes one question the cleanliness of the entire room.”

“Workout room was less than ideal. Breakfast was good but not great. Room was good and very quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful and that is what really matters to me.”

“The rooms were clean and beds were good but the carpet in the hallways were dirty and the doors looked banged up. The breakfast (eggs & sausage) were cold and when I told the attendant at the front desk she didn’t move too fast to correct the problem. We were on vacation but we probably wouldn’t stay there again if we were back in the area.”

“The staff were incredibly helpful, and nice. Room was great, clean and comfortable.”

“N/A”

“The room was clean and in a good location. The bathroom floor was terrible. The tiles were lifting and stuck to your feet.”

“Omg, that shower!”
