"This is such a beautiful resort. We spent 5 days here and loved every moment. It’s a great place overall, with just a couple of downsides. If you’re a beach person, this resort may not be ideal for you. The food is okay, I wouldn’t say it’s great. The buffet is almost the same every day and lacks variety. We tried a couple of à la carte restaurants; the atmosphere was awesome, but the food didn’t quite match the experience. Other than that, it’s an awesome place to relax, soak up the sun, and unwind"

"Our entire stay was absolutely amazing. Check in was a breeze and the staff was excellent! Clean beautiful rooms.....pools were sparkling clean, all restaurants and buffets were surprisingly delicious. I would definitely tell others to book today and to enjoy. Best thing was the swim out room!"

My sister and I enjoyed our stayed, service and the resort. Afternoon activities were good but need to boost the night entertainment from the 5 nights only one had dancing music. "The buffet food quality is terrible and the dinner reservation process is a nightmare. After standing in a line for over an hour at 7am we managed to get one dinner reservation at 5.30pm during our whole 5 day trip. Its a shocking decision from the hotel to do things this way and leaves everyone very angry. Even the staff think its a joke. The hotel itself is lovely and a 5 minute walk to Xcaret. Also the Michael Jackson show that was on was fantastic. So if you can accept terrible food and an angry reservation process in favour of location then this is the place for you. I would recommend finding a hotel with much better food reviews and take a taxi to the parks."

"The staff was excellent and the property was very clean. The food however was absolutely terrible and very odd. I think i survived off of macaroons and mixed drinks. You would think you could atleast eat a sandwich but the bread was sticky and not toasted, one slice of meat, lettuce with brown spots and a slimy tomato. We had chicken at the Italian restaurant with pink centers, watery Pad Thai at the Japanese restaurant...it goes on. Pay more for another hotel or plan to eat off site."
