「We arranged a late arrival and were sent a code to let ourselves in no problem. Very comfy bed a good nights sleep ahead of our flight from Gatwick. The team were very friendly and chatty while we had coffee. Will certainly stay here again when flying from Gatwick.」

「There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. 「Clean spacious & very comfortable room 👌
The staff were very friendly & welcoming. I did pay £15 more for early check in but it was totally worth it.
The washroom with bathtub was a very decent size.
I did opt to take a double bed, and got one with a single bed extra for free.
I honestly didn’t expect the room to be this good size so definitely recommending it for a small family.
