“I rented this condo with 3 friends for a retirement celebration trip. The property was clean and exactly as described. It came with a starter kit of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc., which was really nice. The beds were comfortable and the furniture on the balcony was great, a high top table with chairs for an unobstructed view of the sea. The location is perfect, right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. I highly recommend……

“Close to the beach…clean…perfect for 2 people. We have been coming to Kiawah for 40 years. I would recommend a larger mirror somewhere in the villa. A very small one is in the bathroom. For the price, this villa was all we needed for a short vacation at the beautiful island of Kiawah.”

All though the dryer was down while we were there, management insisted on giving us a gift card to a local restaurant for our troubles. “We have been visiting Charleston since 2017 & have stayed at the best hotels- this year we tried the pool house to mixed it up and are THRILLED WE DID! The pool house is a private dwelling down an enchanted alleyway. It is secluded and quiet as well as extremely clean and well decorated - also stocked with all you need. It is in an ideal location to walk to all CHS has to offer! The icing on the cake is the beautiful pool right out your front door. My husband and I spent the hot midday……

“Great location, beautiful beach, with easy access. Layout and floor plan very useful. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Fresh flowers were a nice touch. Some updating of furniture in living room would be a plus. Kitchen not super well-equipped for cooking. Overall, would book again!”
