"Friend Staff. being a senior, enjoyed being put on 1st floor. bed was comfortable. didn't like...room was in front of pool. could hear children making too much noise while trying to sleep. Room was supercold, but we just turned off AC and were comfortable. overall...it was pretty good. would go back to that location."

"The hotel was very clean. The evening manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and very large. The negative - my #1 sorting criteria to find a hotel on this trip was to get one with a spa/hot tub. This hotel listed a spa and showed pictures on the website. However, the "spa" was not heated or maintained as a spa. It was described as a "kiddie pool" when I asked if it could be turned on. If you are not providing a spa, you should not list it as such."
