「Our experience was extremely disappointing. The balcony door in our room would not open, and when we reported the issue, we were told that maintenance was not on the property. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem concerned or make any real effort to assist us or find another solution. To make matters worse, our card was charged three separate times, which added even more frustration to an already unpleasant experience. We expected much better customer service and assistance, especially when...

「The staff was excellent and very helpful with anything we needed, the only questionable thing was the code to get down to the beach the numbers on the key pad were worn off and very hard to see」

「When we checked in Miss Shelly at the desk was very friendly and helpful. She was great with my young son. We had a small issue with our room and they immediately moved us to a new room and were apologetic. Breakfast was decent enough and we went both mornings we were there. Close by to family fun activities, restaurants, and the beach. We feel we got what we paid for with this hotel.」

「Can't say enough positive..... Rooms were very clean, absolutely zero maintenance issues. Property was very well maintained and clean. It is an older property but very well maintained. Pool.was very nice and also well maintained. I liked it so much I scheduled another visit for thanksgiving.」
