The dinner/breakfast presentations are vast and delicious, the spas are stunning, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. "We had the wonderful opportunity to stay at their newest resort Tocoro Resort & Glamping. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and ensured everything was taken care of. The area surrounding the cabin and the cabin itself were beautiful. Oh yes, and the food! Compliments to the chef for going above and beyond to meet our vegetarian diet. "This place is a little far from the town but on the from Fuji city you pass a lake where you can a beautiful view of mt Fuji. The hotel is excellent with activities provided. Service is great and onsen really very nice. Two separate baths for male and female. They switched around in the morning. Meals are buffet style. They provided a good spread."

"Property had doubled the price at check in and wanted us to pay them directly. I booked on Expedia thinking I had it all covered. Being in the middle of nowhere in a foreign county, I felt scammed. "The hotel is lovely. The room with the Mt.Fuji view was big with a couch & chair from which we could view the mountain to our heart’s content. The shower/bath was large and comfortable. The beds were firm. The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. Fuji-Q amusement park is next door, but there was no noticeable noise in the hotel. 7-11 is on property. There are multiple options available for food. Our only complaint is that the transportation options from the rail station were not explained anywhere on the website, and we finally had to opt for a taxi (which was still difficult to get). There was actually a shuttle bus running for easy access, but we had no way to know that. I would recommend this hotel. "
