"The room was excellent. Clean and nice. The TV remote didnt work. They fixed it quickly. That was fine. I dont like the virtual check in kisok. There's only one and it can be a long wait at peak check in times. There is no staff at the front desk, at all. 3.5 of out 5. 4 5 out of 5 if they had staff working there. Not a guy on a screen half way around the world "

"Beautiful location, we had a small balcony looking onto a back bay marina area, very quaint. Room was good size, and they allowed our small dog so that was a plus. The lazy river was short, but nice for relaxing in. All staff were amazingly friendly and kind."
