「Absolutely perfect location with gorgeous sunrises, comfortable breeze and sunset from the rooftop. Complete privacy in the pool and even the roosters behind made for an unforgettable experience. A few quirky light switches and appliances, which can be expected, but would definitely stay again!」

「This was our second stay at Vila Cristal and it was again perfection. We didn't have any issues during our stay. We love the location as we can choose to walk to many places we enjoy but yet it is easy enough to hail a taxi too! Our short, quick vacation was packed full of seeing the Island and many of our favorite places. Staying here at Cristal was perfect especially because we made great use and enjoyed our "happy hour" by the pool!! We will definitely be back!」

「20 mins away from the hotel zone. Close to Go mart and convenience store to purchase toiletries. Also walmart nearby and uber is convenient to use as well. Quiet area, safe, house was exactly as the pictures. Aside from the toilets not working upstairs the house was great. The pool was cleaned for my stay daily & the host was responsive at all times. I will stay again when i return to cancun. 」

「We had seven family members from three generations staying at Casa de Tomas-- it was a wonderful place for all ages, spacious and secure, with individual privacy, swimming, the beach a five-minute walk from the front door. Furnished with plenty of furnishings, abundant bathrooms, kitchen equipment, towels, outdoor equipment that made it welcoming and relaxing for both kids and adults.」

「The house easily accommodated our family of 13. It has a great layout than gives everyone plenty of space. The large kitchen and dining room are open to a casual seating area and nearby TV room. The location of the house is an easy drive to either the north or south beaches. We had a memorable time!」

「Visited Casa Del Mar with our grown children, 11 total. The house was just perfect. Right on your own little slice of beach. I could have spent the whole week without leaving the property at all. The master bedroom has a private deck, and another bedroom with 2 doubles has a private deck also. We rented 6 mopeds and had them delivered for the week. We drove them north as far as possible out to Isla Blanca, most stunning beach with just a few locals. Drove them to restaurants and grocery, etc....

「The house is great (amazing space), and the communication from the owners/management was very helpful. The rooftop and pools were awesome and so much fun for everyone to hang out. Location is convenient to both drive or walk to restaurants, and for us it was particularly good as it was on the quieter part of the island. The only critique that could be applied is that there may be an issue for guests with the water pressure, particularly when showering. The house has an abundance of nicely...

「The house was in a great location. We appreciated the relaxed evenings on the south side of the island. The house was set up well for our family. My husband and I traveled with two late teen/young adult daughters and his parents. Plenty of room for all to have privacy and come together as a family. It was particularly nice for each room to have an individual bathroom. The A/C cooled everything off very quickly! Everyone could adjust their room to their preferences, fantastic!The pool was...

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
