“Clean and excellent staff , tub drain very slow and we didn’t realize till later our door didn’t lock when we left the room, nothing stolen of course but we could only lock it from the inside but we alerted the staff so it could be fixed , very quiet place and we would consider a revisit ”

“This place is so very nice. Love the whole key west vibe. Rooms are very clean and the bed we slept in was so very comfortable. The lady that was working that evening was awesome. Her name is Tammy. Would most definitely recommend this place to anyone. ”

“This property was very cute. Loved the coffee nook that was available. Room was nice and clean. My biggest complaint was that it was freezing in there. From the moment we walked in the front door and walking down the hallway to our room. Our room was freezing as well. It took a good half hour for me to be able to take my coat off after I turned on our heat in our room. Our bathroom never really did get warm. Only other complaint is the dust/dirt on the Keurig. I wish there had been wipes of some……

“The place was nice. Just one bathroom though with 2 showers. So if you do rent it, its best to do it with people ya know. Also a nice hot tub. A game room that you have to pay for”

“Dirty rooms. I think They just changed the trashcan liners. Horrible i mean Horrible beddings, i felt like i was sleeping on an air mattress. Lots of bugs inside. Water staaank. I couldnt brush my teeth or even take a shower i was scared. This is the worst cabin experience ive had. Not worthy of a date night let alone a honemoon experince. Oh i got scared even getting in the jacuzzi. Motel 6 is better than this”

“The cabin from outside was pretty. Very limited parking for large lodge. Furnace was not working first night we all were cold very cold. The host did send repair man but no change in function. Multiple doors and furniture were loose/broken, 2 coffee pots 1 broken and one full of rust. Pool left rashes and 7 of 10 people in our party. Chemicals had to be off. Host came to try to fix some of issues and 2nd day brought a new coffee maker. Pool table needs repairs and pool sticks unusable, Arcade……

“We couldn't get the door to unlock, called several numbers in our "Welcome Packet" and nobody returned my call. My family was stressing out, 18 month old crying as we were sitting on the front porch. We went to the Office and a younger guy came back to help with the door. Ended up being dead batteries to the key pad. He was very nice about it! I'm still waiting for a 40.00 refund concerning a billing error, different issue. We loved the cabin itseld and amenities. “The hot tub was perfect! It was bitterly cold outside so we wondered if it would be hot enough but 102 was great! I'm glad she warned us about the cloudiness of the water.We were also glad to see that the firepit was covered. There was 6 inches of snow on the ground but you could still have a campfire.”

“Enjoyed peace and quite, loved listening to rain on the tin roof on porch while drinking my coffee. Bed was very comfortable and huge. Cold and hot water is just the opposite in shower, might want to fix or at least warn folks with a sign. Great time had. ”
