「Took for ever to get our room at check in, then when we got there the AC was not working and took forever to change our room went through 3 different people before we got a change of room...unbelievable!」

「The property is very visually appealing and clean. Even though JOIA itself was somewhat small “small” having access to the other two adjoining properties made up for that. Of the three, JOIA to us had the nicest beach as even though small it had way less of the plagued seaweed that is sweeping across the Caribbean. Staff were courteous and helpful. 「Love this property. I’ve been a few times and I’ll go back. The food has gotten better, Jamaican night was awesome. The staff was ok. My cousin requested more coffee because the coffee was cold and a waitress refused to serve her more coffee and told her that they were all out of coffee. She asked another waitress and got more coffee 」
