The air conditioner was broken and we had to call for service several times did not fix the problem. Eventually, on our last night got fixed and they gave us free breakfast to compensate. It’s in a very central area so I can always go get what I need quickly. There’s plenty of food and shops nearby. There’s a bus stop and subway station within a couple minute walking distance. Hands down a great place to stay. "

"The staff here at the Hamilton is fantastic. They arranged taxis for us and, even tho’ we had already checked out, they allowed us to keep our suitcases there for two days while we traveled to Busan.The location is excellent. The Itaewon subway station is right in front of the hotel. The only negative about this hotel is the loud club music right next door. It lasted all night and my wife had trouble sleeping. If you are young and like to stay out late, this is a perfect spot."
