“Great service…super clean room!!!”

“When I arrived the front desk lady just starred at me for a minute maybe 3 before having me go to the desk so she could check me in. I thought that was weird. I booked in Expedia so I received a few different perks. The catch to it all is you have to forecast the excursions. At least 24-48 hours in advance. When I arrived it was already late (6pm) there for I could go to dinner in the restaurant due to them being booked up. The people who booked the excursions for you were already gone. The free……

“This was our second visit to this resort. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the variety of food offered and shuttle service throughout the other properties. The entertainment was lacking throughout the day for our family, but we were able to enjoy some rest time. The beach was completely unusable during our stay because of the sargassum. The resort didn't clean the beach at all in the 6 days we were there. We would still return though.”

“We had a great vacation at Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa. The resort itself is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, the beach is nice, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurants and entertainment made our stay enjoyable. The biggest disappointment was the front desk. While some employees were professional, a few were not very welcoming and seemed more focused on selling upgrades than helping guests. We were charged extra for an upgrade, and we did not feel……

“We had a wonderful stay at El Dorado Seaside Palms. We had a swim up room and greatly enjoyed it! The pool was wonderful, clean, cool, and we enjoyed the swim up bar. The property is beautiful and lush and well taken care of. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food was delicious. I highly recommend room service breakfast for a nice slow start to your morning. We would visit again.”

“Comfy beds, perfect temperature in the rooms~ we just had just the basic room and it was great! Loved the balcony in the room as it overlooked a secluded little area of fauna- often watched wildlife from our view. The pool was delicious! Food was good too for the most part. Farther from town than we expected but found the local van transport into town for cheap- would recommend this place to stay.”

“A great place to just hang out and enjoy your time in Playa. Staff were amazing and helpful at every turn. Restaurants were top notch, especially the Mexican restaurant. Summer seaweed was a constant stinky headache, but that's not the resorts fault, they cleaned it up every morning.”

“Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.”

“Fuego restaurant needs a better selection of cuisines, possibly even different cuts of meat(seafood/poultry/beef). The food lacked flavoring and the right consistency.”
