"The resort and grounds were very well maintained and beautiful. The staff who checked us in were very friendly. I upgraded my room to a 2 bedroom on the spot and they were very accommodating. When we got to our room I was so impressed with how huge and spacious the unit was. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were in Kona for a couple of days so we were out and about for the most part. The beds were super comfortable. I liked the bracelets the kids were able to enter the unit and the pool area. I think we found ourselves a new place to stay whenever we’re in Kona. I highly recommend Kona Coast Resorts if you’re visiting Kona. Thanks KCR for the great experience. We will be back soon. Mahalo"

"Wonderfully updated two bedroom condo with a partial ocean view. The air conditioning worked great and was necessary. Also having a Britta water pitcher was a pleasant surprise. The host quickly responded to my questions. Would definitely stay there again."

"Nancy and Chris were wonderful hosts, very responsive to any of our questions and kindly granted our request for an early check-in. Their condo is well apportioned with everything you might need, she even supplied brand new beach chairs even though the ones already there were just fine. The complex was clean and well maintained with a very nice swimming pool and newer BBQ’s. This condo is ocean front, so taking in the beautiful sunsets from your lanai is something not to be missed! Snorkeling directly in front of their condo is doable for those comfortable with being in the surf when the ocean swell is 2 feet or less, I saw so many beautiful fish there, but if you’re not comfortable snorkeling there, there’s a great snorkeling place just up the road less than a mile away. All and all Nancy and Chris’s place is a great place to stay when visiting the Big Island!"

"We had a great stay. The rooms/beds are perfect for families looking to send time together, but also have space. Sunset views were fantastic. Pool is a huge bonus. Safeway is the spot to stop for food, and CVS right down the road for anything you forgot. Kitchen has everything you could ever need. There was 8 of us including 4 children and it never felt crowded at all. The development community is well maintained and gated security makes it feel even that much safer. Neighborhood is perfect for walking around."

Fabulous, Spacious Oceanview 3 Bedroom Condo with A/C!

"We really enjoyed staying here and the place was great for our needs. We had plenty of space to spread out and the condo was very well stocked, both with beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, towels, rackets, etc), paper goods, kitchen implements, laundry detergent, etc. The description posting of the AC was very accurate. It did struggle to cool the main living areas, but it was tolerable during the hottest part of the afternoon. Unfortunately, the AC usage made the patio basically unusable, since it left it so hot. On the plus side, this became a good area to quickly dry wet suits and snorkel gear. The king beds were high quality, but extremely soft. The twins upstairs were more firm. FYI. Plenty of pillows were available."

"This unit was clean, well stocked with kitchen appliances and beach gear, the in unit washing and drying machines were a plus, and the location was great with snorkeling options, manta ray tours, and a variety of food and restaurants nearby. A couple Farmers Markets were also located within walking distance. Last but not least. the views from the lanai were the absolute best!!"
