"We had had quite a difficult year, and decided at very short notice to book a few days away.We couldn't have chosen a more idyllic place. This cottage delighted us in every way. It is cosy, warm, quiet, comfortable, with a wonderful little garden, and the best equipped kitchen of any holiday let we've ever stayed in. And we have stayed in quite a few! Worth noting, we travelled when the weather conditions turned horrific with the snow. This venue has a lot of travellers stranded and opened up their function room to help those stranded (all rooms were booked) - absolutely wonderful to see as they more than extended their hospitality and they should be commended for that.
