Loved the secure covered parking. Security handled a group of very loud partiers very well - they were told to leave and they did!

Stunning property in a very safe neighborhood. I would recommend renting a car, as Ubers aren’t very common in the area, which meant we had to order pizza two nights. Aside from that, it’s a perfect place! For directions, the phone GPS can be a bit tricky, so your best bet is to find El Malecon and head toward the beaches. When you see a shop selling coconuts across the street, take a right there.

Your signage needs to be more accurate. The property is not “Condos Near Malecon Bay” and this caused me a lot of confusion until I managed to get on site and see it’s correct name.

El manejo administrativo es pésimo, no me daban acceso por falta de documentación que no me indicaron que se necesitaba, mala atención y resolución de conflictos ya que tardaron mucho y me dejaron en el estacionamiento 1 hora. En cuanto a limpieza encontramos cucarachas, el aire del cuarto no se podía usar por el ruido, la puerta rechinaba y acordaron que la iban a arreglar y no lo hicieron, solicité mi factura y aún no ha llegado. En general considerando el costo y la exclusividad fue un servicio muy básico y de mala calidad.

Departamento nuevo con el espacio perfecto para una pareja. Vista hermosa al mar y el atardecer. Obligatorio contar con auto ya que esta arriba de un cerro.
