"Want to get hotel catfished then book here! I’m sure at one time this place was a 4star hotel, but that was prob 15+ yrs ago when they originally took the hotel photos. I paid for the master suite (which I did not get), the room door could be opened with any key and even a coin (trust me I have videos!) The beach and surrounding areas was heavily covered in trash and heavy seaweed. I understand not all hotels clean the seaweed but at least attempt to clean the trash and love the ocean smh. Don’t let them fool you when they say all the beaches are like that, they are NOT! The bed in the room was probably the best thing about the place, and the breakfast was a joke (good thing I don’t really eat breakfast). The staff was informative and mostly nice, with hints of sarcasm I didn’t appreciate. Long story short don’t stay at any of the hotels in the Tankah neighborhood, unless it’s the Cielo Maya. "

"Everything was nice. Arrived at night around 9pm. They welcomed us home, and gathered the is the luggage. Off we went on resort cart. Beautiful lit pathway, line with palm trees. Welcome, sash on the door. checked in with preferred club members and the festivities began. Served premium drinks. The next 3 days were wonderful, the all inclusive package was definitely a deal. Food was pretty good.Room was very nice. Dual balconies, by the pool, an our ocean view. Staff was very nice. Rooms were kept very clean. We recommend the excursion package to the cenotos and snorkeling "

"We stayed here with our three grandchildren (all under 10) and their parents. The house was well equipped and safe for the children, who had a great time. The pool, though on the cool side, provided hours of enjoyment. The adults enjoyed the large common areas, both inside and outside, as well as the spectacular views over the Caribbean. Both the host and the local manager were very responsive. The only negative was the accumulation of sargassum on the beach, which despite the heroic efforts of the groundskeeper, resulted in large mounds that made access to water difficult and unpleasant. "

"Room for improvement- we liked it but 1) coffee maker but no coffee in the room, 2) balcony sliding door didn’t lock, 3) nozzle on faucet missing and faucet loose, 4) wi-fi needed to be reset twice, 5) wooden chair needed felt pads (terrible and unnecessary noise when moving the chair), 6) bathroom area needs wall hooks. Simple fixes would make it soo much better. Otherwise it was a good deal and we LOVED the cenotes, price was included. "

"Wonderful Resort for those who want to get away from “the scene” . Excellent staff, superb service and accommodations. Comfortable. Not fancy or pretentious. Great Resturant on the premises. Ocean front paradise. I have already booked my return."

"This was a last minute trip and I must say I had absolutely a WONDERFUL time and sooooo happy I stayed here! The Staff…EVERYONE was so nice, professional, helpful, kind, sweet, and attentive. I slept very well…the bed was very comfortable. Then Matias…he did a video of me that was soooooo beautiful. I mean…I speechless as I came to do absolutely nothing…which is surprising being I always do activities and take pictures. They let me stay a lil longer for my flight. Arranged my transportation to and from the airport and even off the bay to go to Tulum. I most definitely will come back and thank you guyz again🥹❤️"
