「This is our second stay at the property. First stay was 2024.
The cons this time: check in is 4pm. Our room was not ready until 5:53pm. Not a huge deal, bigger issue was the lack of accuracy and communication from front desk. We had to check 3 times to get updates and were told they would text us. Never happened. Made the start frustrating given we were with 4 kids and trying to figure out what we should do w luggage, change clothes, etc. we only knew our room was ready from the beach bar...

「Everyone, especially the young lady that checked us in were amazing! I forgot her name but she was so polite and very helpful. The room was perfect for us. My husband is on home therapy dialysis and the accommodations were perfect. The youn man at the bar (Marcus I think) even offered to help me with the machine and luggage. You just don’t get this just anywhere. The layout was awesome! Pool amazing! Loved the tiki bar and stunning scenery at night! I had to FaceTime family members to brag! lol...
