"Lovely stay at Yankee Peddler for two nights while we visited Newport. Easy check-in, cute rooms, front desk were very helpful in resolving our heating issue and on-hand to answer any questions we had. Continental breakfast was standard with cereal options, muffins/pastry, oatmeal and fruit (I'm there for the fruit) and available for a good duration. Rooms could use a new mattress and new sheets (getting a bit old). Can't beat the location as it's a short 4 min walk around the corner to the...

"I loved the location and off street parking which wasn’t too far from the house. Rooms were clean, quiet and very comfortable. The instructions to get into the building and room were very clear. The housekeeping very friendly and attentive. My only complaint was the smell of the bleach in the room. Not sure if it was in the linens or bathroom. I’m very smell sensitive so this was a distraction. "
