No A/C! If it's warm outside then it's burning up in these rooms. They do offer table fans and because we didn't travel in the heat of summer it was ok. Still needed the fans but in my 54 years on this earth i have never encountered a hotel with no a/c. Close to the train/tubes and easy to get around fron this hotel. There's a market in the square next to the tube so you can get food and fresh fruits and veggies but this hotel offers no refrigerator or microwave, so good luck! Lest not forget the elevator will only hold 2 people at a time. If you have luggage, then it's tou and the luggage in the elevator and that's it, its that small. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, they answered all of our questions and helped in a hurry if we had an issue with the room. There's renovations going on at this very moment but it was barely recognizable because the noise was minimal. I would do this hotel again but only in the spring and fall months due to no central air.

Staff were helpful and professional. Bedroom was recently renovated ... but did not have air-conditioning. My bedroom had two narrow single beds and my feet were hanging over the end of the single bed (I'm 6'1''). Did not sleep as a result.

I love my stay at this Hotel .from first step a very friendly receptionist and small elevator for carrying my luggage ( I am 72 and solo traveler) close by super store and restaurant and most importantly half a minute to underground station very safe and quiet area and actually reasonable price for a good place to stay.

Great property, fun to be in an old row house, but since it’s three old row houses put together it’s a bit wonky of a maze and the stairs are definitely steep. The proper English breakfast was good, the room was cleaned every morning and restocked with more tea and coffee. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s right by the underground and great for getting places. Would definitely recommend this property.

A beautiful hotel with modern comforts but lovely, stately "bones." The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent. And the location is perfect--a block from the metro, convenient to center city but in a quiet area

The hotel lobby is very nice but the rooms are a little old and need of a little paint and fixing. The rooms don’t have a/c but not a big deal since the weather never got above 68F. The location is close to train and some restaurants but if looking to go to central London it can get expensive from this location. I enjoyed the peace and quiet after a long day and very safe for families.
