We found the check in process very easy and were greeted by your friendly staff. As we had never been to London before, the staff was extremely helpful in advising us on getting to and from central London. They also helped me book a private shuttle to get us to Heathrow on our departure day. Would recommend this hotel for sure.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Convenient for Heathrow Airport. But not so convenient for visiting central London.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and great amenities. But very noisy being opposite the runway. Our room and windows rattled through the night so limited sleep. Had to pay £7 per person to use shuttle bus to the airport. Otherwise, terrific stay!

From check-in to checkout, all the staff were welcoming, friendly and always a smile to greet you. The Sky Bar always made you welcome. Alister and his team were quick, efficient and made it feel like i was just in my local. Have stayed here before and will be staying again.

Marriott Courtyard was great for airport and car rentals. Hotel, staff and Skyes restaurant was top notch. No shuttle but other transport like Uber is available.

7 bus stops from Hayes train station (easy but bus was packed). Front desk did not have our reservation from One key but honored it when I showed confirmation. Hotel is newer but didn’t feel clean (spots on carpet in room, glass door to bathroom not clean, toilet not very clean). Sky bar was cheesy with basic travel food. Lock on door didn’t work to the room. Bed super soft and no support. Value was fine. Location alright. I wouldn’t stay here again personally. Also heat didn’t work in the early morning. 22 pounds for a pre arranged Uber for the airport transfer. Will do the job but not a favorite hotel for sure.
