免費 shuttle bus 往來機場的 T3 與酒店十分方便,班次比想像中頻密,而且上落車的巴士站就在酒店外面,成為加分位,對短暫停留轉機旅客的確十分理想。 可惜酒店網站沒有足夠的 shuttle bus 資訊,要另行發 e-mail 向酒店查詢,才得悉相關資訊! 酒店房間清潔及設施尚可,但早餐算是豐富,有足夠選擇。

Hotel is now an immigration stop over hotel. I was not informed of the change of use and on arrival was not expected. It took me 2 hours to arrange alternative accommodation for the night and £37 in additional taxi fees

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances probably out of the hotels control we had to move hotel, was not told about what was due to happen. Our belongs were gone through and we lost some items. Communication would have made a bad situation a lot better.

We were only there for a few hours to catch an early flight. I booked a double room but at reception was told that I booked a single for 1 person so me and my partner were eventually give twin beds. I would have bothered to complain but we were tired from traveling and only there for 1 night. The room was strange. No proper bathroom door. Shower pressure was so so. There were quite a few stains on the carpets.

Ideal location from Heathrow bed was high but sumptuous unfortunately the kettle was broke so couldn't have a drink at night and the morning staff seemed uninterested in our concern. No issues with the night time staff.
