“Four chairs and a small table on the balcony overlooking the ocean made the visit restful. Stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bath on the 5th floor. The kitchen had all the dishes and pans we needed. Used the brand new grills the building provided to cook the fish we caught. Elevator and stairs to use, and an assigned parking space made it easy. The pool and hot tub on site looked clean, and there were folks in there enjoying themselves. Paved walking path out front of the building, clean and……

“Avoid this place at all cost. Firstly the place stunk. A wierd smell lingered around the entire time. The AC didnt work either so it was freezing the entire time. Once entering we noticed that they didnt provide the 2 sofa beds that we paid for. After contacting someone we were told to just sleep on the sofa and they would give us an air mattess( wich was dirty and they didnt even pump it up). We booked a room for 4 single people and they only set it up for 2 people.They refused to give us a……

Previous guest clipped toe nails on the balcony and they were still there. Very gross of previous guest. This is why the lower rank on cleanliness. “This was a great property in almost every category. However, the 30 "resort" fee was totally un-necessary. What resort? There is a price you pay as an owner for doing business, maintenance is one of those expenses. The guests should not be paying. There was no "resort" other than being on the water. We paid over 300 for one night! And..then add a "resort" fee? Also, there were no ice machines, so I called the front desk and they said it is the responsibility of the guest to turn on the……

“The Coconut Inn was absolutely beautiful!! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The ahort walk to the beach and restaurants were very convenient. We will definitely be back!”
