「The place is very nice, but the bathroom was not fully cleaned when we arrived. Also the bathroom sink has been backed up for a couple days now even after someone was sent to fix it, they have been responsive but hopefully this gets fixed soon.」

Parking was difficult to manage with more than one vehicle, but there is paid parking next door. The building elevators were slow and often busy, but still manageable.」

「Enjoy the condo and the location. Loved the short walk to the beach and convenience of the restaurants on the property. Pool was great. Could see dolphins and manatees from our balcony. Would stay here again, though I don’t usually repeat. 」

「We stayed in this lovely unit with a beautiful view of the marina for 3nt. We crossed the street to the beach and it was big, just a few people & was gorgeous! Check-in was easy, staff were kind & the unit was comfortable. Kristin was quick to respond and we had no issues. We would recommend this to anyone looking for lodging on St Pete’s. And don’t miss Doc Fords on Bay Pines Blvd in St Petersburg, it quickly became our favorite place to eat!」
