"This place worked well for our group of three adults and a dog. Lots of space for us to hang out. We were there for a bike ride in Palisade and it was a short drive to downtown Palisade and the wineries. The neighborhood itself wasn't especially great - no restaurants within pleasant walking distance and the traffic noise was noticeable - but we felt safe there. We couldn't get the TVs in the bedrooms to work but we didn't contact anyone with property management for help so maybe we were doing...

"I rented the Carriage house for my two children and myself while my Sister and Brother rented the main house for their families. We were all on the same property, with plenty of room and gathering space. The Carriage House is updated, great AC, and wonderful studio apartment feel. Next time I am in town to visit family, I will look to see if the carriage house is available to stay at again!"

It did take a little while to get a response back from them to see if we could check in early. But they were very accommodating and we were able to check in earlier, we also did have a little later check out. So that was nice and very helpful because we had a newborn with us and had to work with his schedule. Will be renting this property next time."
