“Went on a solo trip. Almost none of the staff I walked past acknowledged me any saying hello, not even making any eye contact. I was sitting by the pool for over an hour and no staff came over to ask if I wanted order anything. I could see a waitress across the pool taking orders a couple of times but she never bother to walk around. There was some repair work being done on only way to the section where my room was, I had to walk on the grass and gravel to get through multiple times everyday.……
