"The experience was great, the staff did the best they could regardless of the language barrier and it felt very welcoming. The cleaning was great as well, we always had fresh towels and clean bed sheets everyday. We also stopped at the nice restaurant on the first which was a great way to start our trip in Japan. This hotel is conveniently located near Asakusa station and Kuramae also having the 711 across the street was a major plus. Would recommend for sure for those looking to stay in Asakusa to see the temple which is approximately a 16 minute walk. "
