“Excellent location for parents visiting Bradley University student. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and bedding. Comfortable couch in the living room. Easy access to the unit, no key to worry about. Just the right amount of messages from the owners. The bathroom baseboard could use a good dusting. The biggest problem was lack of proper drapes to block the incredibly bright security light attached to the building next door and facing the windows in the main living room area. ”

“This is our 4th or 5th stay at one of Matthew’s properties and our experience was as we have come to expect. His properties are comfortably furnished, clean, and consistent with their descriptions. We have never needed assistance as there have never been issues with check in or maintenance, but I have no doubt it would be handled quickly and efficiently. When I come home to visit my central IL hometown, I always look for a listing of Mathew’s to use during my stay. ”

“This place was perfect for a single person or couple looking for a peaceful, inexpensive getaway. Matt, the manager, was wonderful - responded to questions quickly, check-in was very simple, we always had what we needed. A couple bonuses - plenty of coffee, a little space to cook, a balcony to sit out on during nice weather, super soft sheets and comforter, and complimentary laundry room and laundry soap. I would definitely recommend checking it out.”

“The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water.
