The neighborhood is adorable, I walked the surrounding streets and enjoyed some of the quaint older homes decorated for Fall and Halloween. Communication with Joseph was easy and informative. 「The outside does not look very nice, but the inside does. The location was incredible. The bunkbeds however, did not work for us. They were way too noisy. You might want to bring coffee. We had to buy some because there was only a tiny amount there. There is no stove or oven FYI, that did not bother us at all other than that the kitchen is well stocked. 」

「I stayed 4 nights. This is great little apartment that is great for single person. Very clean. There is a frat house a couple doors down but they were only loud early in the evening and I had no issues sleeping Parking was easy. I parked in front of the house and felt very safe and comfortable 」
