“The overall experience was good however, the centralized AC in the rooms need to provide local access to guest to be able to turn on or off the unit. My wife almost died because off the constant cold temporature in the room throughout our stay. We'd have also like to see more ammenities on the property, for example an adult water slide and more. There was not a lot to do in Negril so Royalton should provide more on premises activities for guest. My Royalton Falmounth stay was much more enjoyable……

“The hotel is very clean, friendly staff lovely beach”

“Staff are great, property is clean, rooms are dated but ok. Food was a deal breaker for us. Advertising 9 gourmet restaurants, and only having a choice of 3 each day was sad. As a returning vacationer I was really disappointed. Food tasted horrible, waiting for 45 minutes at dinner for a table is not OK. We left for lunch and a few dinners because of a wait or lack of choice.”

“Some equipment is old”

“Keep up the great work”

“Food was just ok, but typical for an all inclusive. Drinks were great. Swim out room was amazing. Staff was incredible. Drivers were very friendly.”

“The overall of the hotel is very good. They have a team of very friendly staffs and you will enjoy the stay there with them. The hotel is just in front of the beach that after you breakfast, you can immediately walk into the beach in seconds to enjoy the sun.”

“The hospitality was so wonderful. The staff makes you feel comfortable and at home. Very friendly and easy to talk to you. The bartender was very flavorful, made a lot nice drinks and kept the drinks coming and the vibe. The cook was so good, very flavorful, colorful and the presentation of each dish was good. The breakfast was a slap your mama. The room are cleaned and freshed with a lot of space. The location is not bad you have a shopping center close by. The hotel is self was beautiful a……

“Everything was amazing”

“I love this hotel; it's one of my favorite places to stay when I visit Jamaica.”

“Rooms and property were dated. I could not get hot water in shower, changed rooms & still did not get hot water. Shower pressure weak in 2 rooms. I had 4 dinners while in Jamaica, the worst one and most expensive one was at Tree House. Some rooms have been renovated, need to inquire about that. Location on beach great, chairs provided at waterfront. Staff great. Supermarket is right across the street. Free parking very convenient. Pool water was nice & warm.”

“If accommodation is all you need...then this is the place for you. Except for the security personnel on the beach, no one else acknowledges you unless you ask.”

“Rooms arw very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful. Everyone made me feel very welcome and safe. Thanks all, I highly recommend this place and will be returning.”

“I like the room it was amazing. Housekeeping was on time and done in a profesional was and the staff was friendly. What i didn't like -- was staff heading to the buffet to get food during service. The staff in the dining room was very nice, but please let the staff wait until guests eat or grab food from the kitchen.”

“An absolutely stellar property. You feel so at home and comfortable. Thank you for everything. I will be back.”
