「Family was there for a wedding and we had a great time. Plenty of room and very well appointed with tech and a massive flat screen. Also loved the fact we had two spots to park in back so did not have to worry about on street parking. Would definitely recommend the property.」

「It's a great location, with wonderful restaurants within steps of the apartment. Street parking is metered, so if you come by car, it's worth parking in a lot, but the neighborhood is really well served by public transit AND super walkable. The air conditioner made this July visit comfortable. In all, this was a great place for a week working remotely in Philly.」

「This rental was exceptionally perfect. Location was walkable to Broad and Walnut area, easy parking, and not having to deal with the Center City traffic coming and going was ideal. Plenty of street parking and easy access, quick garages around the corner at Jefferson if preferred - unlike the valet experience on the other side of Broad. Space was clean, rooms comfortable, and kitchen super convenient. Great stay!」
