Room was amazing felt very welcoming and cozy, bed was comfy, hot tub was perfect very warm and clean, elevator was a plus, convenient parking along with the cafe on the 2nd floor, couldn’t hear neighbors. “The hotel was very clean, staff kind, the only negative thing I have to say about the experience is even though they say that they are a pet friendly establishment, I was unaware that there was a large pet deposit per pet and I have 2 pets.”

“There were previous reviews that commented on it not being very clean. We brought a bunch of cleaning supplies and our own linens. We ended up not needing any of it. The rooms, furniture, and linens were spotless. The only issue is there is an area under the stairs to the lower level that is inaccessible, so thing that fall onto the stairs and then down under it cannot be retrieved. It is just a design flaw and not the fault of owners. Parking and entry to the building is secure. ”
