“We had an amazing stay at the cactus oasis! The amenities were perfect for our family vacation. The house had everything we needed, plus more! The heated pool and backyard entertaining space were such a highlight of this property! Communication and responsiveness from the host was excellent. We would highly recommend this property! ”

“Before you respond to this review in the obscene way that I have seen you respond to other people’s reviews, I’ll first point out that this group travels often (& stays in a lot of high-quality vacation rentals), so we have a pretty solid benchmark. When 3 days prior to arrival we learned our property was “accidentally double booked”, we were told this home was an “upgrade” and “three times better” than the one we originally booked—which honestly make us wonder what three times worse looks……

“The kitchen only had two bowls, no mixing bowls bowls, the sheet pans were cheap and old. The grill would not start, and was not clean. They ask you to leaveIt renter ready but only have a mop and a broom that is very small and does not sweep. On top of that they are trying to charge the insurance I bought for cracked granite behind the sink that had clearly been there for a while. Would not recommend renting with this company. “Pictures of the place are better than the place itself. Unfortunately we have noticed broken fixtures in the bathroom, rust on the tub, wall peeling in the bathroom, thermostat was not working properly and the house was not cleaned as we expected. It is a beautiful home but it has not been kept well and needs serious maintenance.”

“Size of the property the responsiveness of the owner and the understanding of the owners when we notified them of issues with the property - none of which impacted our group of 19 enjoying the trip. I would just say some of the additional amenities paid for should have been included once the spend level gets above a certain threshold and the price per person over a certain limit should be reduced or eliminated when you are advertising it is for large groups. Overall I would rent the property……
