"This is my small group (aka - The Tribe) go to destination when it comes to going to the beach. We have a total of 14 wonderful Christ centered women in our group. Dan's place is the best because of the layout of the rental. It is perfect for us, right on the beach, and we love the location which is in walking distance of the pier and shops. "It’s right on the beach and the rooms are a good size. They are a little musty and the bathrooms could use some updating. The towels are poor quality but will suffice. Overall I would recommend staying here during off season due to the great rates and close proximity to the beach as well as other tourist attractions. "
