"Second visit to this property & it’s just as immaculate as the first visit two years ago, home away from home for us, we enjoyed plenty of cycling with Sumter Landing Cycling Club, tennis & dining @ various restaurants. "House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes...

"Arian and his wife are perfect hosts. The place was absolutely amazing. There was plenty of room for 1 or 2 people, with a private bedroom and bathroom. Exquisitely decorated with attention to every detail. Arian is a fabulous chef and gets your day started right with a wonderful breakfast. If I am in that area again, I know where I will be staying."

"The pictures accurately reflect the property. Located in a newer section of the Villages, about 5 miles from Brownwood square. Grocery, restaurants and gas stations nearby."

"Great place to stay except didn’t clean room for 3 days even when made a point of requesting at front desk and emphasizing that I wanted to make sure. Also a lot of noise until 1am in unit above and banging on doors "

"We had a wonderful time. It was very peaceful. Its like sleeping in a fancy tent. Bed was very comfortable. I do recommend bringing extra blankets if its a cool night. The only bad rhing i can say is the campsite we got wasn't ready when we got there. We arrived around 430. Also the address they have online inst correct. But best advice i can give is follow that address and it gives u the correct address."
