“We are staying in room 5168, and unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing. When we first arrived in the room, a large area of the carpet next to the AC was completely wet. The couch in the first room was also covered in dust, as were the lamps, and there was a very unpleasant, disgusting smell. We reported the issue and were moved to the room next door. Unfortunately, when we came back from the park around 10 PM, we discovered that the carpet next to the bathroom in the new room……
