「We enjoyed our recent stay at the hotel. The desk staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Check in was a breeze! The room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was hot and abundant. Each morning of our four night stay saw a different hot entree with the breakfast staff on top of everything. The only thing we had a bit of trouble with was the tv. It took us until our last night there to figure out that you have to double click the remote to change the channels. A little...

「Nice hotel surrounded by numerous food options. Close to colonial town and great for a stop off.」

「This was a very nice-feeling, clean, comfortable, safe place to stay. Pool was very clean and warm (87 degrees), breakfast was good. Easily accessible and only 3 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg.」

Fortunately, a small countertop microwave was provided and worked properly. Despite these issues, we...

「The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for...
