"Our son goes to UVM and felt like exploring the area beyond Burlington. This was the perfect location for us to make day trips to bike the Colchester Causeway, get fresh apple Cider, take walks by the lake and see Montreal. The cottage is cozy and cute with lots of thoughtful touches, including robes, slippers, toiletries, local snacks and more. Was also great to be able to bring our dog who our son no doubt missed more than us! Highly recommend!"

"Beware of the stairs. They are nice well maintained stairs, but some people can't or will have a hard time managing them. Typical old farm house, steep narrow stairs. Owners were very nice."

"We booked 2 nights to view the eclipse lakeside and it did not disappoint! The photos online, although quite beautiful, do not fully capture the beauty of this place. Gorgeous views overlooking the Vermont mountain range and lake Placid. The house is well appointed with everything you need, small exception of the coffee maker. Our guests did feel comfortable with the cleanliness. Suggest maybe an upgrade to a Kureig. Other than that the property is a 10 out of 10. There are two access points to...
