“There was much packed into this small kitchen. We had light breakfasts and snacking/reheating leftovers. Lots of comfortable,spacious rooms to relax, property had the best spot in the area with views of the James River and nightly deer sightings. Very safe and secure in this lovely gated community. It made our trip just wonderful! We had great weather, too. Fred, you were so helpful. The TV directions and cable stuff was not working. I hope it got cleared up. We tried as we were……

“Great little spot! Cute condo in a fantastic neighborhood. Host was outstanding and communicative, easy check in/out, very clean and well equipped. Location was amazing, walking distance to VMFA, science museum, restaurants and coffee shops, Whole Foods. We took uber from the airport for a 3 night stay and walked EVERYWHERE, didn’t need a car. It’s a great part of Richmond. Sunday Brunch at Savory Grains was outstanding! (But make a reservation). First time to RVA, loved the city and this……

“The location was a great area”

“We love Kingsmill. It is peaceful, pretty and convenient. This condo has a great view of the river, and a nice big family room/kitchen for people to gather. We came for my daughter's graduation from college and the grandparents stayed with us too. It was great to be where they could take walks and enjoy the quiet away from campus. Harris Teeter is close for groceries and we could do laundry right in the condo. It was easy to eat at the Kingsmill restaurants also. We didn't have access to the gym……

“Nice space for my wife and I to stay while visiting Richmond. Walked to Carytown, and the surrounding neighborhoods are great. The place was clean, had everything we needed and the hosts were responsive. Would stay again!”

“Great walkable location in quiet neighborhood. Alexandra was responsive, provided clear instructions for getting in and answered my questions. A couple of maintenance issues arose, which she addressed promptly. Bed was comfortable, wifi great, and unit had the things I required.”
